| Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting on June 3, 2024, the Polk County Board of Commissioners shall consider making a Declaration of Intent to approve St. Luke's Sublease of County Lease to Fletcher Hospital, Incorporated for the hospital premises, which is the subject of an existing Lease Agreement between Polk County and St. Luke's Hospital. The proposed agreement, St. Luke's Sublease of County Lease, will be available to the public at the Office of the County Manager by June 7, 2024. the Board of Commissioners shall consider adopting a Resolution to Approve the St. Luke's Sublease of County Lease at its regular meeting on June 17, 2024. | |
