Any comments received after the deadline will be submitted at the next meeting.  Please clearly mark in the subject line PC BOC CITIZEN COMMENT (Public Hearing or Regular Meeting) and in the body of the message include your NAME, ADDRESS, and CONTACT INFORMATION with the context of your comment.

In response to confirmed positive COVID-19 case,
Polk County Government is taking unprecedented steps to protect our staff and the general public – in particular the high-risk populations we serve. 
The Womack Justice Administration Building will be closed to the Public until further notice.  To continue to serve our citizens, please contact the office you need directly, and they will instruct you on how your business may be conducted. If it cannot be done remotely, you may be asked to schedule an appointment. Visit polknc.org for a list of all County Department contact information or call 828-894-3301 and listen for the extension number of the office you need to reach.
