Board meetings are generally held the first Monday of each month at 9:00 AM in the Polk SWCD Office in the Mill Spring Agricultural Center. The public is invited.

It is best to call or email before visiting the office! We are frequently out of the office while ensuring requested services and support are being provided in the field or classroom. Your needs are very important to us and we look forward to assisting with conservation questions and concerns! For the quickest response, please email Kelly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if you are visiting the office it is located in the Mill Spring Agricultural Center. Our entrance is at the back of the building. There is a wooden deck that leads to a green door where you will find us.
We ask that visitors to the office wear masks per Governor Cooper's Executive Order 147. If you are unable or choose not to wear a mask please call the office and staff will be glad to meet with you outside of the office on the deck or in the parking lot.
